Arthur L Walker III (“Skip”)

President/Treasurer/ Senior Project Manager

Skip has served in the construction industry for well over 35 years. Starting out as a carpenter’s helper over 35 years ago, Skip worked his way up from being a carpenter, to lead foreman, and eventually becoming superintendent until he was ready to start his own General Contracting business in 1998. As President of the company, he is personally involved, whether through a supervisory or hands-on role, in the day-to-day processes and projects that ARW takes on. In keeping with the “family owned and operated” theme here at ARW, Skip loves working alongside his kids and their spouses, all the while continuing to build personal and business relationships with clients he develops along the way. Otherwise, you would most likely find him out driving his cars or out on the golf course. Outside of the office, Skip is an avid golfer (with 3 hole in ones), he also enjoys spending time with family, a devoted grandfather to four little girls. Being outside, tinkering and driving his cars: a 1962 Thunderbird, 1967 Fastback Mustang, and his newest addition, a 2021 Shelby GT500 is how he spends his free time.
